Research Description

Sequencing technology is widely used in basic researches and translational studies. The state-of-the-art sequencing technology can provide great amount of information for the composition, variation, interaction, regulation and modification of DNA or RNA. Our lab is equipped with the advanced next-generation sequencing (NGS) platform, single cell library preparation system and high performance computation system. Our research focuses on developing new NGS technology, exploring new NGS application and understanding huge mass of sequencing data.
